Terms of Service

By accessing and using MonsterNode's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using MonsterNode's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

MonsterNode reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. We will do our best to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether you authorized such activities.
• You must immediately notify MonsterNode of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

All services are provided on a prepaid basis. You agree to pay all charges associated with the services you purchase. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital hosting services, all payments are generally final and non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds within the first 48 hours of your initial purchase if the service is fundamentally broken or not delivered as described, subject strictly to the discretion of MonsterNode management.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated services.

You agree not to use MonsterNode's services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal content, including pirated software, copyrighted material without permission, or child exploitation material.
• Executing Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or any network abuse.
• Cryptocurrency mining or running node validation networks.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Attempting to bypass our resource limits, hypervisor isolation, or network security measures.
• Using services to host malicious bots, malware, or phishing pages.

While we provide dedicated resources for specific plans, certain aspects like network bandwidth and disk I/O are shared. You agree to use these shared resources fairly. If your service constantly consumes a disproportionate amount of shared resources affecting other users, we reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or request you upgrade your service.

While MonsterNode implements hardware redundancies and provides automated backup tools, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own independent backups. MonsterNode shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure resulting in lost files, player data, or databases.

MonsterNode strives to maintain a 99.9% network uptime. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our services. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, hardware upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control (such as upstream provider outages or extreme DDoS attacks).

MonsterNode reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and any data stored on our servers may be permanently deleted.
