Billing FAQ

Manage your MonsterNode subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods with ease. All billing operations take place in our secure Client Area.

1. Upgrading and Downgrading Services

Need more RAM for your growing player base? You can upgrade instantly without losing files.

  1. Go to Services -> My Services.
  2. Click on your server, then click Upgrade/Downgrade on the left.
  3. Select the new plan. The system calculates a pro-rated invoice (you only pay the difference for the rest of the month).
  4. Pay the invoice, then restart your server to apply the new resources.

2. Payment Methods & Account Funds

We process payments securely via Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

You can pre-load funds by clicking Billing -> Add Funds. Future invoices will automatically deduct from this credit balance.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

To cancel, go to Services -> click your server -> Request Cancellation. You can choose Immediate or End of Billing Period.

48-Hour Refund Policy

If your server doesn't meet expectations, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 48 hours. Open a Billing Support Ticket to request it.
